THAI CHA CHAK MENU

PAD THAI

Stir-fried rice noodles with a blend of shrimp, egg, tofu, garlic chive, and bean sprouts, tossed in a tantalizing tamarind sauce. Served with lime, dried chili, and crushed peanuts on the side. A harmonious blend of sweet, savory, and nutty flavors.

PAD KEE MAO (DRUNKEN NOODLES)

Stir-fried Lo Mein or Rice Noodles with Beef, Onion, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Finger Root, Thai chili, and Thai Basil all in Fish Sauce and Oyster sauce.

PAD MEE HOK KEAN (PHUKET NOODLES)

Lo Mein Noodles, Chicken, Egg, Steamed Bok Choy or Kale, Chicken Broth, and Soy Sauce Seasoning.

PAD MEE PAK NANG (PAK PA NANG NOODLES)

My home town’s (Pak Pa Nang) signature dish. Stir-fried Rice Noodles with our homemade Pad Mee curry paste, Coconut milk, Shrimp. Lime or Raw mango, Bean Sprouts, and Cucumber all on the side.

PAD HORAPA NUA OR GAI (BEEF OR CHICKEN SWEET BASIL BOWL)

Stir-fried Beef or Chicken with Onion, Bell Pepper, Garlic, Thai chili, and Thai Basil.

GAI OR NUA SATAY (CHICKEN OR BEEF SATAY BOWL)

Grilled chicken or beef marinated with spices served with our homemade peanut sauce on rice and Thai sour cucumber salad on the side.

KAO MAN GAI (HAINANESE CHICKEN)

Thai Jasmine rice cooked with chicken broth and herbs served with Boiled Chicken or Fried Chicken. Dipping with Soy Bean Ginger Sauce or Sweet Black Soy Sauce.

KAO MOK GAI OR NUA (THAI CHICKEN OR BEEF BIRYANI)

Thai jasmine rice chicken or beef biryani topped with a fried shallot. Comes with Num Jim Ajat (Thai Style Cucumber Relish)

KAO NUA DEANG (RED BEEF)

Thai Jasmine Rice topped with BBQ Beef, Steamed Bok Choy, Boiled Egg, and a Sweet tangy beef sauce.

TOM KAA GIA (THAI COCONUT CHICKEN SOUP)

A classic Thai soup with coconut milk, chicken, mushrooms, and galangal.

TOM SOUP NUA OR GAI (THAI SOUTHERN BEEF OR CHICKEN SOUP)

Beef or Chicken, Asian herbs, Tomato, Potato, Onion. Soup topped with Fried Shallots, Cilantro, and Scallions.
Num Prung (Made from Lime Juice, Fish Sauce, and Thai Chili) on the side or added in as preferred.

SALAD KAEG (THAI SOUTHERN SALAD with PEANUT DRESSING)

Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber, Carrot, Chicken, Tofu, Boiled Egg, and Sweet Potato Chip. All topped with a rich peanut dressing or on the side.
